CET Eligibility

Basic Qualification:

In order to secure admission through CAP (Centralised Allotment Process) to the first year of two-year full Time MBA/MMS course, the candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria -

Passed with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of backward Class candidates from Maharashtra State only) in any Bachelors degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities.

OR

Appeared for the final year examination of any Bachelors degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities.

Eligibility criteria for admission to Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) candidates

The first two clauses are same as above.
Appeared for CAT (conducted by IIMs) / JMET (conducted by IITs) / MAT (conducted by AIMA) / ATMA (conducted by AIMS) / XAT (conducted by XLRI) for seeking admission to MBA/MMS for the academic year 2007-08. Such candidates are required to appear for GD &PI conducted by the Competent Authority for the academic year 2007-2008.

OR

Appeared for the Common Entrance Test (MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2007), GD & PI conducted by the Competent Authority for the academic year 2007-2008.

Eligibility criteria for admission under NRI / Foreign National / foreign Student / PIO / Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries:

The basic qualification remains the same (as mentioned above).
Appeared for GMAT (conducted by GMAC, USA) / CAT (conducted by IIMs) / JMET (conducted by IITs) / MAT(conducted by AIMA) / ATMA (conducted by AIMS) / XAT (conducted by XLRI) for seeking admission to MBA/MMS for the academic year 2007-08. Such candidates are required to appear for GD &PI conducted by the Management of the respective institutes.

OR

Appeared for CET conducted by agency (including Association of all colleges of a particular type in the State) approved by Pravesh Niyantran Samiti Bandra (E), Mumbai-51 for the academic year 2007-08. Such candidates are required to appear for GD &PI conducted by the Management of the respective institutes.

OR

Appeared for the Common Entrance Test (MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2007), GD & PI conducted by the Competent Authority for the academic year 2007-2008.

Eligibility criteria for admissions under Minority / Minority seats:

Candidate should be an Indian National and should possess basic qualification as mentioned above.
The candidate should belong to the minority community / group for which the institute has secured minority status.
Appeared for GMAT (conducted by GMAC, USA) / CAT (conducted by IIMs) / JMET (conducted by IITs) / MAT(conducted by AIMA) / ATMA (conducted by AIMS) / XAT (conducted by XLRI) for seeking admission to MBA/MMS for the academic year 2007-08. Such candidates are required to appear for GD &PI conducted by the Management of the respective institutes.

OR

Age Limit:

There is no age limit for admission into the MBA/MMS degree courses.
